Orders & Shipping

Once your order and payment have been received, we will immediately start assembling your package for shipping. We primarily use PUDO’s (The Courier Guy) Locker to Door shipping. We will typically initiate shipping the day after the order has been placed. This shipping method can take anywhere between 3 and 5 business days depending on your location.

  • Once the order has been collected by the courier, you will receive an “Order Collected” notification.
  • When the order’s status is marked as “Out for delivery” you will receive another notification with a PIN code. The PIN code is required for verification.
  • If you have chosen the Deliver to Locker option, the same process will apply. You will have 36 hours to collect the item after the notification has been sent.   

The only international location we are currently (2024) shipping to is Namibia.  

Returns, Cancellations & Exchanges

  • We will gladly exchange any defective product free of charge.
  • We will also exchange any unopened product within 7 days of delivery or 14 days from purchase. A handling and shipping fee may be applicable.
  • We can unfortunately not exchange any opened products due to the sensitive nature of the product itself.

Subject to the Terms and Conditions we will exchange certain products.

  1. Please inform us through one of our communications channels of your intention to return a product. We will need your order number, the product that needs to be returned/exchanged and a reason.
  2. We will initiate the product collection


We are a very small-scale operation and produce limited product quantities at a time to ensure the highest levels of excellence and quality.

We also believe that clean, uncompromised skincare products should be affordable and accessible to all. Our pricing reflects this belief, and as such, we have a very small profit margin. 

Occasionally, we will run promotions (Featured Products) where we make products available at cost. Please visit our website regularly to view the latest promotions.

  • Yes, we offer Gift Vouchers that can be obtained through our store.
  • Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • In the case where a Gift Voucher is used as the payment method and there is a remaining balance, that balance will be credited to your account.
  • To use this balance, simply choose the “Apply  Credit” option during check-out.
